Statcom Systems can help you prepare your Annual Essential Safety Measures Reports
Building Owners need to be aware of new obligations in relation to buildings built before July 1994 which now require an Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) to be prepared each year with the first required by 14th June 2009. In order to meet this deadline, a system needs to be put in place one year in advance, which is NOW.
